A Treasure Trail MASTERPIECE
This is a breathtaking study of beautiful man which celebrates his treasure trail. I imagine that the photo has had a bit of photoshop colorization. His cheeks, nose, upper chest and left hand fingertips have a rose coloring. The vibrant red satin cloth that hides his treasure is a wonderful color next to the background and the dude's coloring.

I don't know about Photoshop; could be, but I suspect that at least some of the greenish coloration on much of his body is merely a reflection of the green background. Where his own sanguine color is sufficiently intense (lips, nose, fingernails, knuckles, upper chest and nipples) it overpowers the greenish tinge. It's quite normal for a person's upper chest to turn deep pink during / after exercise, so I doubt that Photoshop enhancement was necessary.
