    I knew that you would fixate on the cephalic vein of this stunningly handsome man -- and with good reason. I'm guessing that he has played a LOT of basketball, and is left-handed. Note that "cephalic" as used here doesn't mean "relating to the head;" rather it stems from a mistranslation of the Arabic term "al-Kifal," meaning "outer" (to distinguish it from the basilic vein that is visible on the inside of the forearm, but then sort of disappears from view in the upper arm.
