A Thin TREASURE TRAIL

PS:   I don't do much editorial here.  But, I myself prefer websites that have a voice/commentary/diary, in addition to great photos.   Here's some of my thoughts about my new blog, Male Bits 'n Pieces.  Please indulge me by reading….or let me hear from you.

I've been hankering to broaden my horizon a bit on the internet, blog-wise.  It is a lost cause since blogging, I think, is sort of a passé (or even barbaric) form of social media.  Do young hipsters with low cut jeans showing their knickers even read blogs?  

I have tried for several years to jump into Facebook and twitter (which are now outmoded--that's how passé I am).  I mean no disrespect to anyone but I detest the former and I can tolerate the latter.  But I am still clueless what purpose either of these forums  serve.  For me, it is like religion……..I just can't figured out what it's about.   After so many years.

So I've decided to waste more of my time with another new blog.  Please occasionally visit!  

I started the Treasure Trail blog a few years ago for a couple of reasons:

1.  Treasure Trails are a major fetish for me although I realized this was a fetish that wasn't focused on much. 

But I have many other male physical fetishes:   hairy toes, hairy ass, hairy chest, hairy balls, low-hanging balls, cocks with curious curves, hairy legs (thighs--back and forward, hairy calves), hairy arms.   The outside edge of a man's upper hands drives me completely wild.  Hair on the fingers!  Ah.  How about a man's neck?   That stubble always promises something erotic.   Nipples:  small, pert or large, medium, and/or en pointe (are they born this way or are they groomed).    I loved and thin limbs, especially legs, arms, fingers, toes.  Well I could go on.

A TREASURE TRAIL Smörgåsbord

Here is a great photo, I think.  I have studied it for a while.  Sometimes I think that the dudes that are standing are mirror images.  They have almost exact pubic hair, treasure trail and hairy chest patterns.  But there are very small differences.   And then there are rather LARGE differences in the penises.  So I'll let all of the opinionated people out there rule on whether this photo is photoshopped or not.  I didn't do it.  I just waste my time putting photos up.

The "REACTIONS" to TREASURE TRAILS (at the bottom of each blog post) -- A reset

Readers.   Thank you for your continued support of this blogsite.

As I've mentioned in previous blogs I don't really get much feedback from readers.  I know that people are enjoying the site because of the volumes of page visits (almost 7 million now since we began) and 663 "members".  Occasionally, people leave comments which in most cases are greatly appreciated and encouraged.

A week or so ago the "Reaction" radial button counts that were at the bottom of each blog entry ("Makes Me Wet", "Sexy", "More of This") which have been used since the beginning of this blogsite in May 2008 were not operating correctly for new blog postings.

I couldn't figure out how to get the problem fixed.   A fellow blogger, suggested I reset the "reaction" radial button settings.   I did this today.

The results didn't surprise me.  I had to rename each "Reaction" option and when I did that, essentially start all of the counts over eliminating ALL accumulated responses.  I hope it will fix the problem that I was having where the reaction totals fluctuated up and down.  (There should only be one indication of these reactions and that is an increase in the total count of each option).

So we started a new day, so to speak.  Some of you may never use the "Reaction" radial buttons or "Comments".  I understand completely.

I use the your "reactions" to sort of gauge the audiences preferences.  Sure, I can see what the page hits are but the daily page visits is hard to truly understand reader's preference.

The Reactions (and the Comments) features make the blog site more interactive.  These indicators make the site more interactive experience for me.  I think that is probably true for the blogsite's visitors by seeing what others thought about the "Reaction" results.  More people take the time to hit a radial button than to make a comment.

When you get the chance, I hope you'll all help update previous entries.

I hope that fixed another issue that some of you may have experienced.   The previous "Reactions" radial button responses were a bit lengthier:  "makes me wet", "sexy", "more of this".     What happened on some entires was that once the first two response counts had two digit totals, the last category fell off and you couldn't see it.   The choice is now "Makes Me Wet", "Sexy", "More!".  This truncation issue should go away now.

But we we had to sacrifice all previous reaction results since May 2008.

Sorry for this bit of housekeeping news.

I should really remind everyone one that these "visions" (the male torso, the cock, the balls, the delectable muskier smell of a male asshole) is NOT really hanging right in front of our fucking faces, as much as perhaps we would all like it to be. I should add to all of the people who seem to have no life: if you have a pet peeve with the imperfect use of the English language don't waste yours (I hope this really pisses you off.....go to another sight then) or my time leaving snotty comments (although if you would like to take the time to edit because you have good intentions, I would welcome an editor since you take this so fucking seriously).

If you still have issues, then don't FUCKING visit this blog anymore. I don't do this for the abuse one gets and the waste of time.

I simply do this blog to share with other like-minded individuals my appreciate for the natural beauty of a male. I love spirited debate and disagreement. Please contribute in that way or just enjoy watching the treasure trail specimens. I try to offer a changing variety men's trails/men to appeal to everyone's tastes. Some days may not be your type so much. If you don't like something that's okay. But if you dislike something on this website because you disagree with the nature of this website or it's publishers failings, keep it to your fucking self.

My sincere apologies to all the people that I hope (and know) enjoy this blogsite. It's the only reason I do it.

It's been awhile since my last posting for many reasons.

The male Treasure Trail, it seems is in complete decline in today's world . I read voraciously, or I once did, and what I read seems to imply that men think that other men (and more so women) are more attracted to unnaturally non-hirsute, and "trimmed" men.

This, like most everything in the world, I find abhorrent. I believe that naturally non-hirsute men are sexy as hell. I would fuck a naturally hairless guy if I found him attractive in a minute.

But the norm for men these days, straight and gay, are shaved and non-hirsute. This to me renders a man less desirable, sexually. They seem more female than male. I respect that most of the world finds this appealing and I'm not trying to say anything more than that I myself don't feel the same way with this modern preference for male beauty.

For me, a man's hairiness makes him a man. A boy's hairiness, or his budding hairiness makes him a sexual too, even though he may be budding in his sexuality.

A beautiful man who has little hair on his body, is gorgeous and naturally sexy. But a man who has eliminated his hairiness willingly are not in the least sexually interesting. Even though eliminating your pubes may make your cock look larger. It doesn't make you more attractive as a male.

The hairiness of a man can make him sexy in the most subtle way. A slight blonde dusting to his hands above his wrists, can drive me wild. A man's hairy (slightly or greatly) arm is almost mesmerizing. A man's hairy legs, even though he has not a hairy chest is sexy beyond relief. A man's hairy ass, is maddening and beautiful beyond relief. A slight one day refrain from shaving can make men and women crazy at times for the right man.

TREASURE TRAILS announcement about CENSORSHIP

Hello, all you TREASURE TRAIL lovers and readers of this blogsite.

Recently, the blogger website that hosts this blog, started censoring photos. There was no warning nor any communication that this action was being taken. It appears that any photo which includes a penis and/or any sexual activity are censored. These images are censored and appear with a black rectangle and a white bar in the middle. This is unfair censorship in my opinion. It seems to be also occurring on many other gay related blogsites generated by this vendor, blogger. I apologize...I am not going to go back and edit any archived daily postings to replace the censored photos. Let the censorship appear as a stain on this nefarious blogsite vendor.

As a result of this limitation and censorship, I am strongly considering not continuing with this blog. This blog generates no income or any other benefits for the creator/blogger. It is done simply to appreciate and share the male form and its beauty with other like-minded individuals.

We have opted to include a protective warning before you enter the blog about age restrictions and we include warnings actually within blog site as well. This initial warning is an option that is provided by the vendor. If they provide this warning option to their users, then why are they censoring the content contained within?

Our content is primarily photos of beautiful men and we typically do not use shots that include the penis. BUT we do have some specific recurring collections such as the treasure trail nectar byline which displays shots of men after they have ejaculated on their treasure trail. Recently I have begun including more photos which include the penis. This is because I do not wish to refrain from displaying samples of beautiful treasure trails. I suspect that this blogger site vendor would censor photos of a nude male figure which include the penis even if it was a photo without sexual overtone and without an erect penis. This is unfair censorship and is rather alarming in this so-called modern day and age.

I believe this action by the blogger blogsite to be unfair censorship. If you agree then I urge you to contact blogger and express your opinion, although you may do so at the risk of being censored yourself. Such are the nefarious ways of this vendor. They'll probably even remove this blog altogether as a result of this statement so if the treasure trail blog site suddenly disappears, which happens fairly frequently to gay related blog sites such as this, you'll know why it occurred.

This site is designed for anyone, male or female, who admires the treasure trail, be you gay, straight, bi, omni, metro or non sexual. I think it is very sad and pathetic that in this day and age that a technology vendor would censor nude photos of male figure or even would focus on what might be incorrectly judged as a gay-related blog site. I'm not surprised but I do disagree wholeheartedly.

My apologies for this announcement and for not focusing on that beautiful aspect of the male figure, the treasure trail. If I elect not to continue the blogsite I will make a further announcement. If this blogger vendor chooses to further censor the site and removes it altogether as a result of this particular posting, then they exhibit their nefarious ways for all the world to see. Shame on blogger...I hope that if this happens, I hope you will voice your opinion to this vendor.
