Help! Blogger experts out there

The ratings section at the bottom of each of my blogs is missing?  It was a hot mess and barely worked. But it has completely vanished. Can anyone enlighten me?

    No clue. Blogger. Such a mess. I wish things were more intuitive and that they would fix what is broken. But, it's free, so?

    Thank you uptonking! Did your ratings vanish too?

    Can one pay a monthly fee to have a functioning product as it was in 2009, when I set this thing up?

    I appreciate whatever input anyone can give.
