    Very fine shape. I would say, in fact, that he possesses perfect abs, pecs and shoulders. Greater muscle development is possible, of course, but it doesn't really add much in my opinion to the attractiveness of the man.

    I could use some advice from any techies/blogsters. I always have used survey monkey for polls on this blog and in other forums. But it has become so complicated for me that I cannot put a survey into a blog post as I did in the past. Does anyone have a suggestion? Every year I publish the Top 5 posts from previous year. Any assistance would be welcomed. How can I put a Survey Monkey poll on a blog post? Or is there a more efficient alternative? (a widget?)
