YES PLEASE! A beautiful TREASURE TRAIL

This fella is lovely.  Perfectly proportioned body (for me).  He is beautiful.  BUT!  He has done a little grooming, me thinks??  Please respond:  is this the right balance of grooming for you?  If you like shaved or waxed men, this isn't the blog for you.  Since I started this blog I have always been swimming up a creek, so to speak.  That is 10+ years ago.  At the time there began a change in male grooming habits.  It became fashionable to get rid of your body hair.  Hell, it wasn't just that.  Men started to shave their heads even (sometimes preferable site to a bald pate IMHO).

I am old.  I come from decades ago where men were mostly au natural.  For a very short period of time, 6 months maybe, men started to shave their pubes.  It made even the smallest endowed dude's penis look larger.  Then many gay men started to do it.  It was different and exotic at the time.  For me, it was a short-lived curiosity.

And then straight dudes started to follow gay men's lead (probably influenced from their female sexual partners) and they started shaving and waxing.  I remember back in the late 80's that a female friend of mine was shaving her pubic hairs because that is the way her husband liked it.   I didn't then and wouldn't now judge anyone on their personal erotic preferences.  In a few years, the Brazilian wax for women became the rage  But women I think decided that they preferred their partner's penis region non-hirsute.  Turn about is fair play.

The best development is that I think men became more aware of their grooming habits.  The term "metrosexual" was became the rage.  I think that is a great evolution of male fashion.  But I love male beauty the way the were born, in all their forms.  With or without body hair.

History repeating!  This seems to be the theme of our current times. And after 56 years I have learned that the pendulum swings wildly in either direction and that is one of the only things only things I am SURE of.  There is always is a seismic cultural shift from one extreme to another (polar reversal has been going on since the beginning of time.)   Kander and Ebb in the score for the '77 Scorsese film, New York, New York, composed a great song for Liza Minelli:   "But the World Goes Round."  It says this the best.

I think this is a beautiful specimen.  Do you have an opinion about his beauty, one way or another?  He still has chest hair and a nice natural (albeit 'scaped) bush.  The most pronounced sign of manscaping is that his treasure trail abruptly ends and there is an inch or so of no hair.  And then the pubic hair region begins again.   Perhaps this is natural?  My "salad days" are long over.  But you readers have a more current perspective.  Please share.

It is enticing to me because his natural beauty still remains.  I think this male grooming change is great since in the old days men were discouraged from thinking about their grooming habits.  Please share your thoughts.  Has he been groomed just a bit?  If so, do you find it appealing?  Or not.

Thank you, Kevin Conus.

  3. I do not think he has "scaped" at the end of the treasure trail. He's all gorgeous and just hairy enough.
