  2. Sean, you are right. This dude possesses TREASURE TRAIL perfection.

Salivating still. I think I've seen him before but not this breathtaking photo which really highlights his trail!

BTW....I made your Black Pepper Chicken recipe again last night. I couldn't find the recommended Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce in my local grocery. So I ordered it on Amazon.

The first time I made the recipe, I purchased the only option available at Albertson's.

Having made the recipe twice and despite the two oyster sauces that I used, this recipe is full-proof. It isn't the brand of oyster sauce that makes this a recipe such a success. It's the recipe itself.

I've also been enjoying every couple of nights, the Sun Cocktail. A perfect cocktail for the heat of the desert.

I think your link needs to go into The Treasure Trail's Hall of Fame! And you. Almost a new type of treasure trail.

    No?

  4. Maybe it's because I'm older myself but this is the bee all that ends all! More than just a treasure trail...

  5. Thanks so much Mark! Agreed!

I'm told you can also use hoisin sauce and it tastes the same. I'll be posting a new recipe for old bay chicken wings soon. Had them at an Irish pub and they were the most amazing wings! I just need to try a few more versions to see which is the closest/best.
